Our primary aim at The Willows residential home is to provide a safe environment for which young people in our care can develop both physically and emotionally, and to provide them with the opportunity to enjoy a level of nurturing into independence that might otherwise have been denied to them.

Our experienced team have an exceptionally high level of clinical and therapeutic supervision to aid them in delivering a service that is second to none. The home benefits from leadership and guidance from therapeutic directors who have over of 15 years of experience of working in this field at Anderida.

The team have a wide knowledge of the facilities and activities which are available in the local areas and our young people are encouraged to take full advantage of these activities. The train station is a short drive away, which is helpful in reducing any temptation which residents may have to cope with problems by running away from home.

All young people moving into the home will be supported with a 1.5:1 or 2:1 staffing ratio and this will be assessed depending on the young persons needs.
